SUMMARY:Vajrayogini [Tummo] Practice Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Vajrayogini [Tummo] Practice Empowerment and Retreat with Venerable Drupon Thinley Ningpo and special guest\, Amchi Konchok Karma\nFriday\, April 27th – Sunday\, April 29th\, 2018 \n\n\n\nTummo is the foundation of the 6 Yogas of Naropa. It focuses on controlling the bodies’ energies and transforming them into bliss\, often referred to as “inner heat.” The purpose of Tummo\, a completion stage yoga practice\, is to gain control over the subtle body winds\, channels and drops\, thus furthering one’s goal of achieving enlightenment. While previous dharma training helps\, this retreat is open to everyone. \nDrupon Thinley Ningpo will instruct us in the practice of Tummo (a completion stage practice) using Vajrayogini as a support. Vajrayogini is a female Buddha who embodies one’s innermost essence and is associated with the mother tantras of anuttarayoga tantra.  \nVenerable Drupon Thinley Ningpo will conduct this retreat with special guest\, Amchi Konchok Karma.Retreat practitioners must attend the entire retreat\, from Friday to Sunday. Pre-registration is required as well as attendance to the entire retreat.  No prior experience is required.
