SUMMARY:Sangha Meditation: Practice\, Study and Discussion
DESCRIPTION:This on-going group will be meeting for three Saturdays in December and will continue our on-going group meditation practice\, study and discussion on bodhicitta\, altruistic motivation\, the four thoughts that turn the mind and mindfulness-awareness meditation practice.
