DESCRIPTION:Drupon Thinley Ningpo returns the end of April and will teach the next three Sundays\, May 1st\, 8th\, and 15th. \nMay 1st\,  Drupon will offer Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows.  He will teach on the foundational Ngondro Practices on these three Sundays.  These preliminary practices are precious as they help transform us. \nIt is sometimes said that: \n\nProstrations remove the obscurations associated with the body\,\nRecitation of the hundred syllable mantra removes obscurations associated with speech\,\nMandala Offering removes obscurations associated with mind\, and\nGuru Yoga removes the obscurations of all three: body\, speech and mind.\n\nPlease join us for a great opportunity to renew your familiarity with the most basic of practices and offerings. \nSuggested donation is $30 per day\, $75 for all three Sundays
