SUMMARY:Tummo Practice Instruction
DESCRIPTION:Tummo is one of the 6 Yogas of Naropa.  It focuses on controlling the bodies energies and turning them to heat and bliss. \nThe purpose of Tummo is to gain control over bodily processes during the completion stage of “highest yoga practices”  thus furthering one’s goal towards enlightenment. Though having basic yogic training is helpful\, this teaching is open to everyone.   \nDrupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche will instruct us in the practice of Tummo (a completion stage practice) using Vajrayogini as a generation stage practice.
