Seven Point Mind Training

This teaching spans two consecutive weekends: February 17/18, and 24/25.
This text (known as lo jong in Tibetan) discusses mind training, and arrived in Tibet in the eleventh century. One of hundreds of instructions brought to Tibet by Atisha, this particular text was compiled by his student who condensed it into the present form of seven points.
The seven chapters consist of preliminaries, the main practice, how to carry the practice on to the path, the practice of mind training in daily life, the evaluation of mind training, commitment of mind training, and the guidelines of mind training.
