Arizona Friends of Tibet is honored and delighted to welcome Venerable Lama Losang Samten to Tucson in October, when he will create his Kalachakra design — the same sand mandala he built in 1988 at the Museum of Natural History in New York, the first sand mandala ever built in the West. The mandala event will take place at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine on the University of Arizona campus.
